30min Mums & Bubs Cardio

This is our only 30 minute class. Perfect for those days where you don’t have time to attend our 50 minute classes or if bub is a bit unsettled. Come and feel the burn with these pelvic floor safe exercises. You’ll tone, sculpt, strengthen, yet lengthen all major muscle groups while working out to awesome music! This class is also appropriate during pregnancy as long as you’re not experiencing any lower back or pelvic pain. No dance experience necessary. Come and give it a try! Not part of our Class 5 packs – $15 each, yet still private health rebatable.
