Jess has loved working in private practice for the past 5.5 years treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions and rehabilitation.
She has completed postgraduate training in pre and postnatal exercise, Pilates, pelvic floor dysfunction, headaches and managing and treating the lactating breast.
Jess has a passion for a holistic approach to women’s health and aims to be a one-stop-shop for all women across their lifespan.
Jessica’s professional development includes courses in urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy and postnatal related musculoskeletal conditions and clinical Pilates.
Jessica is a mother to three children, Abigail, Beau and Luca (identical twin boys). She has experienced both natural and caesarian section deliveries.
It was very important to Jessica to remain fit and healthy during her pregnancies. She is committed to the Women’s Health profession and is passionate about supporting women during their pregnancy and postnatal journey.
