Our postnatal exercises are tailored especially for you post pregnancy. Each is designed to safely strengthen, tone and reshape your body. This is a great class to begin after your six-week check up with your obstetrician.
No matter what your fitness level is we train everyone with the same goal to get healthier and stronger post baby!
Each class is facilitated by a women’s health physiotherapist. This allows you to have confidence in exercising safely whilst under the watchful eye of a physiotherapist.
