This class is designed to revamp your body and teach you how to transition back into high impact exercise (such as running, CrossFit and F45 etc) safely! It involves pelvic-floor-safe functional resistance training, boxing drills, ballet barre exercises, body weight functional training and low impact aerobics exercise.
No matter what your fitness level is we train everyone with the same goal to get healthier and stronger post baby!
Each class is facilitated by a women’s health physiotherapist. This allows you to have confidence in exercising safely whilst under the watchful eye of a physiotherapist.
