Liz Lush is a qualified Physiotherapist, Pilates instructor and NACE accredited childbirth educator. Liz has also been a qualified Childbirth Educator since 1998, gaining NACE accredition and becoming a Senior Childbirth educator and trainer of physiotherapists since 2001.
She has absolutely loved educating at major teaching hospitals in Sydney and Brisbane working with parents and training childbirth educators. Through four births of her own, ranging from Caesarean, to Induction and blissful birth centre births, Liz has confirmed the importance of Active Birth, and the health benefits for both mother and baby in protecting and pursuing Active Birth.
Pregnancy Exercise Classes
Mummy & Co pregnancy classes are run by women’s health physiotherapists. Our pregnancy classes help to balance, tone and strengthen all muscle groups, especially the pelvic floor and deep core muscles to promote a fit, strong, and healthy pregnancy!

Postnatal Exercise Classes
Mummy & Co’s postnatal rehabilitation classes are tailored especially for you post pregnancy. Each is designed to safely strengthen, tone and reshape your body. This is a great class to begin after your six-week check up with your obstetrician. Bring your bub along with a playmat, capsule or bouncer.

Mum & Bub Bootcamp
This class is designed to revamp your body post baby! It involves pelvic-floor-safe functional resistance training, boxing drills, ballet barre exercises and low impact aerobics exercise tossup up your heart rate and feel some muscle burn.
Important Information Before Starting Classes
A pre-class assessment is required prior to commencing our classes.
New class participants MUST NOT book into a class without a consultation first.
This is to check your medical history and clear you of any pre-existing pelvic floor issues, abdominal separation or any aches or pains we need to be aware of.
Classes run for 50 minutes
You can begin classes from 12 weeks into your pregnancy and 6 weeks post birth.
Bring along a water bottle, a towel and something for bub to rest on.
