Specifically created for your changing body, this antenatal class incorporates modified Â pelvic-floor-safe functional resistance training, boxing drills, ballet barre exercises, body weight functional training and low impact aerobics exercise.
No matter what your fitness level is we train everyone with the same goal for a healthy and strong pregnancy!
Each class is facilitated by a women’s health physiotherapist. This allows you to have confidence in exercising safely whilst under the watchful eye of a physiotherapist.
