Are you ready to take your rehab to the next level or are you back at work and wanting to get stronger outside of work hours? Come and join other mums at Rosalie on Thursdays at 6.30pm. This baby-free session will help you focus on your weaker areas and achieve your strength goals. Each class is facilitated by a women’s health physiotherapist. This allows you to have confidence in exercising safely whilst under the watchful eye of a physiotherapist.
